Are you elligible to become an owner builder?

1. You must have title to the land on which you want to build.
2. You cannot be a currently registered builder.
3. You must complete a course about workplace safety in the construction industry (called a "white card").
4. You must undertake approved Owner Builder training and achieve a satisfactory standard of understanding.
5. Your application for Owner Builder registration must be submitted through a recognised Building Surveyor.
